Equipment Features Wet material is continuously added to the drying tray on the first layer above the dryer. The arm with rake leaves is used for rotary motion so that the loquat leaves are continuously turned. The material travels across the surface of the drying pan along an exponential spiral. The material on the small drying pan is transferred to the outer edge and falls on the outer edge of the outer edge of the large drying pan below. In the drying tower, the material moves inwards and falls from the middle. The nozzle falls into the next layer of small dry pan. The size of the drying trays alternates up and down, allowing the material to flow continuously through the dryer. The heating medium is introduced into the hollow drying tray. The heating medium is in the form of saturated steam, hot water, and heat-conducting oil. The heating medium enters from one end of the drying tray and is led out from the other end. The dried material falls from the last layer of the drying tray to the bottom layer of the shell and is finally moved by the lobe leaves to the discharge port. The moisture escapes from the material. It is discharged from the dehumidification port provided on the top cover. The moisture of the vacuum type disc dryer is pumped out by the vacuum pump provided on the top cover. Dry material discharged from the bottom can be packaged directly. By adding auxiliary devices such as fin heaters, solvent recovery condensers, bag filter, dry-recycled wood structure, induced draft fan, etc., it can increase its dry production capacity, dry paste and heat-sensitive materials, and can be easily Recovery of solvents and pyrolysis and reaction operations. (I) Easy control and strong applicability The drying process can be optimized by adjusting the thickness of the material layer, the spindle speed, the number of cymbals, and the size of the enamel type. Each layer of the drying tray can be individually heated into a hot or cold medium to heat or cool the material. The temperature control of the material is accurate and easy. The residence time of the material can be precisely adjusted. The material flows to a single, no back mixing phenomenon, dry uniform, stable quality, no mixing. (II) Simple operation and easy operation The driving and parking operation of the dryer is very simple. After the feeding is stopped, the transport of the material scale leaves the material in the dryer quickly. (3) Low energy consumption The material layer is thin, the spindle speed is low, and the material supply system needs less power and consumes less power. Closed type: Equipped with a solvent recovery device, it can easily recover the organic solvent contained in the carrier gas. The solvent recovery unit is simple and the recovery rate is low. For materials that are flammable, explosive, toxic, and easily oxidized, nitrogen can be used as the carrier gas to carry out half-cycle so that it can be safely operated. Especially suitable for drying flammable, explosive and toxic materials. (5) Easy installation and small floor space The entire dryer is shipped from the factory and the whole transportation is completed. It is easy to install and locate the dryer. Due to the vertical arrangement of the drying discs and the vertical installation, the drying area is very large and the footprint is also very small.
